upNext Academy was founded by a team of experienced educators, software engineers, and technology leaders with deep roots in both academia and the global IT industry. Our founders — proud alumni of Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT) — have built and led teams across India, the United States, Australia, and other international markets. CEO & Lead Trainer
An MCA graduate from CUSAT with 13+ years of experience in computer science education and AI training, Famitha leads academic strategy, curriculum development, and trainer mentoring at upNext. Her background spans higher education, international schools in Saudi Arabia, and professional tech academies. Specializing in Python, Data Analytics, and Applied AI, she is dedicated to empowering learners through hands-on, project-based education.
Salini Thomas
COO
Bringing 12+ years of managerial experience across banking and US healthcare, Salini specializes in process-driven operations and compliance. Holding an MCA degree, her career spans client services, systems coordination, and operational strategy in highly regulated industries. As COO of upNext, she applies this disciplined, systems-first approach to oversee daily operations and ensure seamless, efficient growth as the Academy scales.

CFO & Managing Director
With 14+ years of IT experience across top MNCs, Anna specializes in banking, financial services, and networking. Holding an MCA degree, her career spans solution design, business analysis, and client engagement as a Team Lead.
